Officer Involved Shooting On 71. The incident happened on I-71 at East Powell Road. Columbus Police officer-involved shooting this morning in the middle of I-71.
Just after 6 pm Thursday deputies were at a home near the corner of Boone Rd and Night Train Ln for a call about shots fired. The incident is located on I-71 at East Powell Road. The El Paso County Sheriffs Office says an officer-involved shooting investigation is now underway following a barricaded suspect incident in the Truckton community just south of Yoder.

Officers from the 71 Precinct demonstrated that as two were shot after responding to a 911 call on March 7 2021. I-71 North will be shut down at I-270. That incident happened around 740 am. By Red Voice Media.
