Netflix Parental Control Problem. When you access the parental controls the first step is to provide a four-digit PIN. To access the parental controls you have to go to Netflixs website.
Enter the password for your Netflix account. How to set a pin. First log in to Netflix and click on your profile icon.
From a web browser go to your Account page.
On the Account page navigate to the bottom to the Profile Parental Controls section. If you have multiple profiles set up with different restrictions in place a child can enter a profile with less strict restrictions simply by pressing the current. Enter four numbers into the PIN field no letters this will be your PIN. Click the profile icon you just created and scroll to Maturity Settings.
